Yes, these are designed to be a direct bolt on but in some cases minor work/modification is required due to the differences in years of Porsches. It fits the Porsche 911 3.4L H6 Turbo and NA (Naturally Aspirated) years 1998 through 2005. Both Manual and Automatic transmissions.

Yes. It will be louder and deeper then the original exhaust
